Our Services
Afresh Support Ltd provides semi-independent accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16 years and above across Wales. The service is designed to offer a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can develop essential life skills and gradually transition towards independent living.

The service operates within a person-centred framework, promoting independence while ensuring that young people feel supported, respected, and valued. Each young person receives an individualised support plan that aligns with their assessed needs and personal aspirations. Support is delivered in areas such as budgeting, cooking, cleaning, maintaining personal hygiene, accessing education or employment, and engaging positively within the community.

Afresh Care and Support Ltd’s semi-independent provision is staffed by experienced and well-trained professionals who provide consistent guidance and emotional support. Staff work collaboratively with local authorities, social workers, health services, and other key professionals to ensure that young people receive holistic and coordinated support.

The accommodation provides a homely and welcoming atmosphere, equipped to meet the practical and emotional needs of young people. Safety and safeguarding are central to our service delivery, with robust risk management and safeguarding procedures in place to protect young people from harm while encouraging personal responsibility and self-development.

The overarching aim of Afresh Care and Support Ltd is to help young people build confidence, resilience, and practical life skills, enabling them to make informed decisions, maintain positive relationships, and successfully integrate into the wider community as independent adults.
